Pocket QA stores only the information needed to manage defects and project access.
Data stored
User account details, project memberships, defect records, activity history, and uploaded evidence may be stored.
Evidence
Images and videos are stored with generated filenames and are available only to users with access to the related project.
Account and password data
Passwords are stored as one-way salted hashes. Password reset links are temporary and one-time use.
Data responsibility
Do not upload confidential client data unless you have permission. Project administrators control project membership and retention.
